Guided Review (Examen only)

Each of the guided reviews will start with a led Examen style reflection - a moment to pause and let God speak. If you weren't planning to join a full session, we'd encourage you to still come and be part of the led reflection and then either head off to process on your own or a friend (perhaps on a walk around the lake) or stay in the chapel and pray. This led reflection will be approximately 10 minutes.

This room is for the internal processors and introverts! You can expect lots of quiet, a little bit of ambient background music and a few gentle prompt questions to help you think and journal.
