Each of the guided reviews will start with a led Examen style reflection - a moment to pause and let God speak. If you weren't planning to join a full session, we'd encourage you to still come and be part of the led reflection and then either head off to process on your own or a friend (perhaps on a walk around the lake) or stay in the chapel and pray. This led reflection will be approximately 10 minutes.
